Yeast Water from an Apple

A quick to make alternative to sourdough is yeast water. Making it from an organic apple is the easiest for me. I show you how it works.

Recipe:

Cut an unwashed organic apple and put it into a bottle. Fill it up with organic apple juice.

Shake and open the bottle twice per day for 6 days.
At day 7, filter out the apple and keep only the yeast water. Keep it in your fridge until you need it.

To refresh, just fill the bottle up with organic apple juice, wait some hours until you see some signs of fermentation.
